Terms of Service

CueSet provides conversation coaching, communication guidance, and related software features through supported iPhone, keyboard, Share extension, and Chrome experiences. Features may vary by platform, account, model, or stage of release.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that content you submit may lawfully be processed by CueSet.

You must not use CueSet to violate law or another person's rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, or misuse another person's private conversations or personal information.

CueSet's suggestions are informational communication guidance, not professional legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety advice. AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and deciding what to send or do.

Do not rely on CueSet for emergencies, imminent safety concerns, or decisions that require a qualified professional. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and the messages you send.

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Bibotecture the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide CueSet. Our handling of personal information is described in thePrivacy Policy.

If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment to improve the service, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

CueSet, its software, branding, design, and original materials belong to Bibotecture or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service as made available by us.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta features, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for the service or others, or if continued access is no longer commercially or technically practical.

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

CueSet is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Bibotecture disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Bibotecture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on coaching output or messages sent using the service.
